This document regulates the conditions for the provision of 3dBCfarm® services and the contractual conditions between the company and its customers. It applies to the active services in the catalog.

2. Commitment of 3dBCfarm®

3dBCfarm® undertakes to work with technical and professional judgment, clearly inform limitations, deadlines and real possibilities, maintain internal operational traceability of the project when necessary and protect data and content according to the applicable framework. Deadlines are estimated and may vary due to technical, logistical or workload factors.

3. Customer Obligations

The client undertakes to have legal rights over the files provided, to provide complete and truthful information, to accept the budget and conditions before production and to respect response deadlines. Failure to respond may lead to the stoppage or rescheduling of the project.

4. Economic conditions

The applicable prices are governed by current rates and the accepted budget. Payment may be required before production according to the type of service. Transport is invoiced according to the agreed modality.

5. Intellectual property and confidentiality

The client retains ownership of his design. The use of images of the final piece for a portfolio requires the client's authorization. The use of the physical result does not imply transfer of the original file. The delivery of final digital files is only included when expressly stated in the budget or in the written agreement of the project. Client declaration The client declares that he owns the rights or has sufficient authorization over the files or designs provided and exempts 3dBCfarm® from any third party claims arising from a possible infringement of these rights.

6. Guarantees and returns

In goods made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, the right of withdrawal does not apply according to the applicable consumer regulations. This does not limit the customer's right to claim in the event of a manufacturing defect or lack of certified conformity. Claims must include an image and order or project identifier. Visible incidents or defects must be reported within 7 calendar days of receipt of the product or service, without prejudice to any rights that may apply according to the applicable regulations.

7. Technical limitations

3D manufacturing technologies have inherent limitations, such as tolerances, overhangs, fits or support marks.

8. Liability

3dBCfarm® is not responsible for transport delays, supplier incidents, power cuts or external causes. The services are technical in nature and do not constitute health services.

Manufactured models or parts do not constitute certified medical devices according to Regulation (EU) 2017/745, except as expressly indicated in specific documentation.

9. Jurisdiction

For the resolution of conflicts, Spanish legislation and the corresponding jurisdiction will be applied according to the applicable regulations.
