Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

DANIEL BARÓ CODINA (3dBCfarm®) is RESPONSIBLE for the processing of the USER's personal data and informs him that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), that day Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

How long will we keep your personal data?

The data will be kept for the time necessary to maintain the purpose of the treatment or as long as there are legal obligations that require its custody. When they are no longer necessary, they will be deleted with adequate security measures to guarantee their anonymization or total destruction.

To whom do we provide personal data?

The communication of personal data to third parties is not foreseen, except if it is necessary for the development of the purposes of the treatment, to the service providers linked to the RESPONSIBLE, with whom the corresponding confidentiality and data processor contracts have been formalized in accordance with current regulations.

What are your rights?

The USER has the right to:

Withdraw consent at any time
Access, rectify, carry and delete the data, as well as limit or oppose the treatment
Submit a complaint to the control authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the treatment does not comply with current regulations

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL CHARACTER OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

USERS, through the corresponding boxes and the introduction of data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to attend to their request. The inclusion of data in the other fields is voluntary.

The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are true and undertakes to communicate any changes.

The RESPONSIBLE informs that all the data requested are necessary for the optimal provision of the service. If they are not provided, it is not guaranteed that the information or services will fully meet the USER's needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with the regulations in force on data protection, the RESPONSIBLE complies with all the provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under his responsibility, and with the principles established in article 5 of the GDPR, guaranteeing that the data are processed lawfully, loyally and transparently, and that they are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The RESPONSIBLE guarantees that it has implemented the appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee data security and protect the rights and freedoms of USERS.
