1. Fill in your contact details and the information necessary to manage the project and, where applicable, invoicing and delivery.

3. If you already have a 3D file ready to print, choose 3dBCdirect. It's the faster way for prepared files: 1 file = 1 piece. If you have multiple separable parts, please send them in separate files.

4. If the file needs repair, modification or adaptation, or if several pieces need to fit or work together, indicate this on the form so we can review the project properly.

5. If you don't have a 3D file, you can also start. Explain what you want to achieve and attach available references: photographs, measurements, sketches, plans, PDF, physical part or other useful references.

6. If you need 3D scanning, provides clear photographs from various angles and, if you have them, dimensions or dimensional references.

7. Indicate the important requirements of the project: final dimensions, quantity, intended use, fits, tolerances, delicate areas, finish or any other condition we need to know.

8. Consult the 3D GUIDE if you want to know what you should send us, which formats are appropriate and how best to prepare the project information.

Digitization and the manufacture of the physical copy are distinct phases. We will first review the original and the resulting digital model. If you also need a physical copy, the material, finish, quantity and manufacturing conditions will be specified before the quote.

To digitize or reproduce a physical piece, we need to assess its geometry, dimensions, surface and accessibility. Do not send the item until 3dBCfarm® confirms how the receipt should be handled. Completing this form does not imply automatic acceptance of the shipment or collection.
